• You are paying $220 each for the two pieces that are almost $2,000 each.  You are paying $125 for the $1,000 piece.  The other 8 pieces are only $39 each.

            IMPORTANT NOTE:

•   We strongly encourage you to insure this Lot.  If you choose to insure it, you will be 100% covered against lost parcels, stolen parcels (yes! If its stolen off your porch, you will be 100% reimbursed!!), damaged parcels and even slow transit! These lots are expensive. It is worth securing your investment. If you choose not to insure it, you are accepting 100% responsibility for any issues that may occur after it leaves our warehouse. With that being said, if you choose not to insure, we will pay for Signature Confirmation on the parcels, however, the only issue that prevents is it being stolen off the porch (because it is handed directly to you).  Signature does not protect against lost parcels, damaged parcels or slow transit / “stuck in transit”.  You can learn more about insurance here.

LIQUIDATION Condition to Expect:

• Sometimes the piece has a clearance sticker
• Sometimes a removable Liquidation sticker is applied
• Sometimes the piece is missing the paper store tag
• Occasionally a piece has a stain which is usually dust / dirt from being tried on in the fitting room but could also be makeup or deodorant from a customer trying it on.  These stains are usually easily removable without the need for a washing machine. LAFAYETTE COAT
• Items like pants and dresses can get dust / dirt on them from being tried on
• It is possible a piece could have some form of imperfection.  We try to locate imperfections and tell you about them or remove the piece from the lot if it is not fixable, however it is not possible for us to catch 100%.
