1. Eligibility for Returns
Returns are accepted within 11 days of the delivery date.
To qualify for a return, the item must be:
Unused, undamaged, and in the same condition as received.
In its original packaging with all tags, labels, or accessories intact.
Items that are final sale, clearance, or marked as non-returnable are not eligible for returns.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
Perishable goods.
Personal hygiene products, including opened perfumes or cosmetics.
Bulk or pallet orders unless defective.
Items purchased as part of a liquidation or final sale.
3. Return Process
To initiate a return, follow these steps:
Contact our customer service team at sales@amazingliquidationsdeals.com or call (415) 320-8504 within the 14-day return period.
Provide your order number, proof of purchase, and reason for the return.
Our team will review your request and provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number, along with return instructions.
Pack the item securely and include the RMA number inside the package.
Ship the item back to the address provided at your own cost, unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective item).
4. Refund Policy
Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.
Shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases where the return is due to our error.
5. Defective or Damaged Items
If you receive a defective or damaged product, please:
Notify us within 48 hours of receiving the item.
Provide photos of the damage and packaging for verification.
Our team will evaluate the issue and offer a replacement, repair, or refund at no additional cost.
6. Exchanges
Exchanges are allowed for items of the same type and value, subject to availability.
Follow the same process as returns to request an exchange.
7. Bulk and Pallet Orders
Due to the nature of liquidation pallets, bulk orders are sold as-is and are generally non-refundable unless items are defective or significantly different from the description. Please inspect your order thoroughly upon delivery.
8. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund after 10 business days:
Check with your bank or payment provider, as processing times may vary.

9. Important Notes
We are not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping. Consider using a tracked shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance.
Unauthorized returns or items sent without an RMA number will not be processed.
